Blocked sewers
If your toilet is blocked, or showers and sinks are not draining properly, you may have a blockage in your property’s sewerage system.
In these situations, where the blockage is part of private property, you will need to contact a private, licensed plumber.
Blockages in the sewer mains
If there is sewage coming out of a drain on your property and adjoining properties, it is likely there is a blockage so please contact us immediately.
If it is found that the blockage is in a private drain, the property owner will be charged for its clearing and Unitywater will notify you if this is the case.
