Locking your meter

If you would like to lock your water meter while you are away from your property, you can ask us to install a lockable ball valve on your meter.

A lockable ball valve enables you to turn off the water supply to your property any time you like, and switch it back on.

You will be responsible for maintaining the ball valve, the housing and the padlock.
