Trade waste searches

Trade Waste searches are required whenever a business which generates trade waste or a property which houses a trade-waste generating businesses is purchased.  The search includes a site inspection report outlining the condition and suitability of any existing pre-treatment facilities and advice regarding trade waste fees and charges. New premises that have never previously discharged trade waste will be required to apply for a Trade Waste Discharge Permit.
