Wondering when your account will arrive?

The first accounts issued under our new billing schedule will arrive in letterboxes between February and April. It will be a one-off transition account, covering an extended water usage period and a shorter-than-usual fixed access period. This will bring your water usage and access charges into alignment and your future accounts will arrive every three months.

The date your account is issued will depend on when your meter is read. If your meter is read later in the schedule, your transition account will cover a longer water usage period.

If you’re wondering when to expect your next account, simply type your Property Number (Sunshine Coast customers) or Assessment Number (Moreton Bay customers) into the window below.

What if your meter has been read, but your account hasn’t arrived yet?

  • Watering Tip #3

Only water the garden when you have to. If rain is forecast, don’t water – let nature do it for you! Fitting hoses with trigger nozzles and installing tap timers will also save you water.
