Carrier Permits

To operate a business as a water carrier of either potable (drinking) or recycled water, you will need to apply for a water-carrier permit. Find out about permits for:

Adding an additional truck to an existing permit

You can add an extra truck to your current permit. Simply contact Customer Service and have the following information ready:

  • existing permit number
  • new truck registration number
  • truck model
  • capacity of the tanker (if applicable).

Replacing your key and/or swipe card

If you have lost or damaged your access key and/or swipe card, we can issue you a replacement. You will need to pay a new deposit for the item and the original deposit paid will be forefeited. Contact Unitywater's Customer Relations Team for more information.
