Pay your account quickly and easily 24/7 through your Internet or phone banking service. Contact your bank or financial institution to make this payment from your cheque, savings, debit/credit card or transaction account. Learn more about BPAY.

Look for your Biller Code (Moreton Bay Biller Code = 125 963 and Sunshine Coast Biller Code = 128 264) and Reference Number on the bottom left-hand side of your account.

Please note: Your Biller Code and Reference Number will be different to the previous numbers you have used when paying your council rates.

Set up an automatic payment from your cheque, savings or transaction account. You will need to submit an application form to Unitywater for this service. Find out more.

Use your Visa or MasterCard to pay online or by phone using POSTbillpay.

Please note: Unitywater will not charge a credit card processing fee for the payment of your Water Supply and Sewerage Account.

Online – go to POSTbillpay to pay your account now.

Phone – call POSTbillpay on 13 18 16 or your bank/financial institution directly.

Look for your Billpay Code and Reference Number on the bottom left-hand side of your account.

Mail the Payment Remittance Slip (bottom section of your account) with your cheque made payable to:

Please note: The mailing address for Unitywater is different to the mailing address you may have used when paying for your council rates.

Present your account at any Australia Post branch to make your payment using cash, cheque, debit card or your Visa or MasterCard. Find your nearest Australia Post  branch on the Australia Post website.

Please note: You cannot pay your Water Supply and Sewerage Account at council's customer service centres.
