Property transfer search
If you are purchasing a property, you (or your solicitor) may want to request a property transfer search as part of the conveyancing process. There are three different types of searches (see below).

Property transfer searches do not include as-constructed plans of sewer or water services. If as-constructed plans of sewer and/or water services are required please contact us.
For all searches allow ten working days from receipt of application.
Explanation of Searches
There are three different types of searches and each is outlined below.
Sewer and Water Services Search (Unimproved Land)
You will receive a report that provides:
- Details of available and/or connected services.
- Details of outstanding water and sewer charges.
Sewer and Water Services Search (Developed Land)
You will receive a report that provides:
- Details of connected services.
- Special water meter reading.
- Details of outstanding water and sewer charges.
Trade Waste Search
You will receive a report that:
- Confirms that the trade waste system currently installed on the premises is compliant with Trade Waste Permit conditions (on-site inspection of trade waste system).
- Provides details of conditions which apply to the current Trade Waste Permit.
