What are they?

Unitywater has established a regional Customer and Community Reference Group (CCRG) and a Business Advisory Group (BAG) to better understand the views and the needs of customers, community and business.

What's the difference?

The Customer and Community Reference Group (CCRG) will focus on community issues and provide Unitywater with access to valuable customer and community knowledge such as social welfare, education and the environment.

The Business Advisory Group (BAG) will provide a direct link between Unitywater and our business customers and enable us to engage on real issues affecting businesses such as the economic climate, development approval processes and trade waste.

Why set them up?

This is part of Unitywater's ongoing commitment to working with the communities we serve by providing a productive forum to:

  • share ideas;
  • obtain feedback; and
  • provide input on a range or projects.

Who is invited to participate?

CCRG and BAG members have been invited to participate through a formal nomination and selection process.
