Unitywater has a strong response in place for managing the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our response means we are continuing to provide essential water and sewerage services for our customers.
We’ve put our Business Continuity Plans in place to make sure our work with communities, customers and suppliers is minimally impacted. Most Unitywater staff are working remotely to keep them safe, our essential maintenance and emergency works continue, and our major works are unaffected.
Financial support for our customers
We are supporting our customers through the COVID-19 pandemic with changes to their bills to help ease what is, in some cases, a very stressful and uncertain time.
