The people who work for Unitywater are people like you. They live where you live and bring local knowledge and shared values to the business of making our services safe and reliable for you. Local knowledge and local jobs – it’s another way we add value to your water and sewerage services.
'Junior Poo Crew Ambassador’ is not your everyday job title but it’s one James is proud to take on as part of his role at Unitywater. As the Treatment Plant Area Manager for the Moreton Bay region, James is responsible for ensuring that Unitywater’s sewage treatment plants operate effectively and efficiently. And as our ‘Junior Poo Crew Ambassador’, James teaches kids to love their loo by practising the 3Ps - which means only pee, poo and paper go down the loo. It’s a lighter but important part of what James does every day.
James loves working with his Unitywater colleagues and believes his team provides an essential service to customers and the community. As a Moreton Bay local, James enjoys getting out on the water to drop a line, so you can understand why he is so dedicated to protecting our waterways through the proper treatment of sewage.
