My Account streamlines tax time by giving you easy online access to your Unitywater bills and transaction history for the financial year.
Simply log in or register for My Account and follow the steps below.
All you need are a few details from the top of your latest Unitywater bill, including your Unitywater payment reference number and the postcode of your postal address.
Go to the ‘My Inbox’ page.
Select your business or investment property’s account number from the top dropdown menu.
View and download PDF bills from the complete list here.
Go to the ‘My History’ page.
Scroll down to ‘Export billing and payment history’.
Select ‘Last financial year’ from the ‘Time period’ dropdown menu.
Hit the ‘Export’ button to download an Excel spreadsheet listing all your property’s bill and payment-related transactions.
