Soon we'll start sending SMS alerts to property owners* to let them know when their water is out due to a fault or emergency, including the time we expect your water back on.
We'll also send an SMS if we plan to turn your water off for any maintenance work in your area.
To get the SMS alerts, all you need to do is ensure your mobile number is up to date in My Account.
*Not available to tenants in rental properties.
1. Log in or register for My Account
2. Go to the 'My Details' tab.
3. Check the 'Customer details' box to make sure your mobile phone number and other contact details are up to date and edit your details, if required.
