Unitywater CEO and Chairman of the SWAN APAC Alliance, George Theo, said the workshop, ‘Modernising APAC Water Systems in the Digital Age’, will feature an interactive program focused on data-led advancements in the Asia-Pacific water sector.
“One of SWAN’s primary goals is to increase the awareness about the benefits of adopting smart water and wastewater solutions,” Mr Theo said.
“The purpose of this workshop is to bring together smart water leaders from across Australia, Asia and the Pacific to share ideas, present case studies and foster industry collaboration.
“We are expecting to host more than 100 delegates to the workshop which will provide a space to explore and learn about data-driven technologies in water and wastewater networks.”
A diverse range of utility and industry speakers, as well as an interactive roundtable session and a welcome reception will feature on the opening day of the event. Tours of water and sewerage assets are offered on the second day with delegates provided with a choice of site visits. Locations will be finalised once attendee numbers are confirmed.
