Unitywater anticipates a water outage for some areas within Coolum from 3pm. Potentially affected customers are shown on the Unitywater Outage Map on our website.

Unitywater is supplying free bottled water for our customers which can be collected at Coolum State High School on Havana Road East, Coolum. We encourage customers within these areas to start collecting bottled water now.

Residents in other areas are currently not affected by the outage.

Unitywater Executive Manager Rob Dowling thanked the community for their efforts to reduce their water use today.

“Residents have helped immensely while we carry out these emergency works which involve replacing about 12 metres of trunk water main,” he said.

“We are doing everything we can to resolve this as soon as possible for our customers and our community.”

Unitywater thanks residents again for their assistance and we apologise for any inconvenience.
