If your renovations or extensions are on, or next to, a property that has water or sewer infrastructure or easements on it, you will need to contact a building certifier. The certifier will assess the work to ensure it meets the requirements for building over or near Unitywater infrastructure.

Subdivisions
If you're subdividing a block of land into multiple lots that will be released all at once, or you're undertaking a large subdivision where land parcels will be released in stages, you will need Unitywater approval for your subdivision plan as well as the engineering plans for the construction of each stage.
