Notes on the pricing tables
Some of the above pricing tables show 'Assessment and Decision' fees and 'Decision Only' fees.
Decision Only fees apply if you choose one of our Registered Certifiers.
Assessment and Decision fees apply to all other applications.
Notes on GST
10% GST: Assessment services like connections approvals and certificates of completion can be provided either by Unitywater or by a Registered Certifier in a competitive market and therefore attract 10% GST.
No GST: Decision services can only be provided by Unitywater. Therefore no GST applies.
If you are lodging a certification package, you only pay the decision fee.
If you are lodging a regular development application, both assessment and decision fees apply.
Please Note:
- Fees relating to applications made under the South East Queensland Water (Distribution and Retail Restructuring) Act are to be paid to Unitywater.
- Fees relating to applications made under the Sustainable Planning Act are to be paid to the relevant Local Government.
