With the volume of development underway in our region, we’re processing a large number of applications and appreciate your patience. We process development applications by type and in the order received but some take longer, depending on complexity and completeness.

Our tiering scheme helps to drive faster application processing times and allows us to provide appropriate coaching and support to registered certifiers.
The below tier results are based on Unitywater’s determinations following an audit of submissions between 1 September 2023 and 29 February 2024. Unitywater has made this assessment for its own purposes, based on its own criteria and on evidence available to Unitywater at the time of the audit process.
Unitywater does not authorise any party to rely on the assessment and it is not a general recommendation or reference. The below results are representative of the number of satisfactory audits completed. The accredited entities are listed alphabetically, which does not indicate their performance level within each tier.
