To keep our people safe and minimise the risk of service disruption during COVID-19, we have made some temporary changes to our water testing services:

We are currently only accepting samples from account customers. If you are a non-account customer and have already pre-paid for your testing, your sample will also be processed.

If you are a non-account customer, and require water sample testing, please refer to the NATA website to find an accredited local provider.

We are currently only accepting testing samples at our Morayfield laboratory.

Our accredited Laboratory provides a range of water tests and services for residential and business customers and prides itself on being efficient, convenient and fast.
