If your internal fixtures (taps, toilets) have an odour, are slow to drain or are making a gurgling sound, you may have a blockage or another problem in your private plumbing.

If you cannot resolve the issue, we recommend you call a licensed plumber to investigate. Unitywater does not conduct private plumbing repairs - they are the responsibility of the property owner.
If the problem is on public property or coming from sewer pipes which Unitywater is responsible for maintaining and repairing, please report it immediately by calling us on 1300 086 489 (24 hours).
