To help achieve our strategy, we conduct regular research and consultation to measure how customers perceive the value Unitywater delivers to its customers and community, and how Unitywater is currently performing against these measures.

To help us with our research and consultation, we work in partnership with our two trusted research agencies.  From time to time, you may receive an email survey invitation or see a pop-up survey on our website.  We’d love for you to participate in the research.

Yes.  Unitywater and its third-party research providers adhere to the strict Australian Privacy Principles.  Results will only be analysed in aggregate form and only for its intended research purpose
