Logging into My Account for the first time? Follow our quick step-by-step quide:
Step 1: Start the registration process for My Account here.
Step 2: Click ‘Register’, enter your Unitywater account number (located at the top right of your Unitywater bill) and follow the instructions.
When entering your details, please make sure they match exactly what is printed on your bill. This will help us identify your account details and match them to our records.
Step 3: Once we have received your registration request, we will send you an email asking you to activate your My Account registration.
Please make sure you have selected the activation link in your registration email if you are logging in for the first time.
Step 4: Now you can log in to My Account with your username (registered email address) and password.
