1: Minimum charge for each lot whether connected, unconnected, strata titled, or with no meter. Wastewater access charge is based on a 90% Wastewater usage percentage and will apply for each unit in a residential unit complex. Annual charge equivalent to a standard 365 day year is $743.87
2: Wastewater usage charge is based on water usage multiplied by a 90% Wastewater usage percentage, capped at 740 litres per day. A separate Wastewater usage cap will be applicable for each unit in a residential unit complex. The maximum Wastewater usage charge based on 90% Wastewater usage is $216.62 for a 365 day year.
3: A property Wastewater usage percentage can be reviewed for a fee.

Please note a property is considered a retirement village where it meets the following criteria:
- The property’s primary use is as a retirement village or aged care facility (Note: This excludes hospitals and medical facilities)
- The property is not strata or group titled
- The Land Use Code is:
- 2100 series: Residential institutions, aged people’s homes (Non-Medical Care), or
- 2700 series: Aged people’s home, nursing home, convalescent homes.
