Our prices have changed from 1 July 2023
There's a lot that goes into delivering essential water and sewerage services for our growing region. The cost of doing business has increased along with much-needed investment in essential water and wastewater infrastructure to match this growth. With this in mind, a review of our prices for 2023-24 has meant an increase from 1 July 2023.

1: Minimum charge for each lot whether connected, unconnected, strata titled, or with no meter. Charge is for no meter and for meters up to and including 25 mm. Higher charges will apply to larger meters. Annual charge equivalent to a standard 365 day year is $296.75.
2. Unitywater is required to pass this on to customers at cost. All bulk water charges are passed back to the State Government and we do not profit from this charge.
Dedicated fire service meters are not levied access charges and receive a usage allowance for testing purposes. As per the Water Supply Safety and Reliability Act (2008), a customer is required to notify Unitywater immediately if water has been used for fire fighting purposes.

A property is considered a retirement village where it meets the following criteria:
- The property’s primary use is as a retirement village or aged care facility (This excludes hospitals and medical facilities)
- The property is not strata or group titled
- The Land Use Code is:
- 2100 series: Residential institutions, aged people’s homes (Non-Medical Care), or
- 2700 series: Aged people’s home, nursing home, convalescent homes.
