After you have submitted the online request form (link), one of our laboratory technicians will contact you to discuss your needs, the associated costs and how to pay for your tests. 

For customers who require ongoing analysis, a customer account can be established.

Test reports are typically issued within 5 business days. Exceptions are listed below:

• Test reports containing BOD5 analysis results may take up to 6 business days. 
• Test reports containing Legionella results may take up to 11 business days.
• Test reports requiring postage are subject to Australia Post delivery schedules.

Reports will be emailed to you in either PDF and Excel CSV formats.

For a quicker turn-around-time, please email the laboratory before you collect your samples to check if this option is available. Additional charges may apply.  

The laboratory maintains NATA accreditation to comply with AS ISO/IEC 17025 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration Laboratories. It also adheres to the requirements of Unitywater’s Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
