We have a simple rule about who is allowed to access account information. Only an authorised person can discuss or change an account.

 

The business or company owner/director, as long as ownership details are up to date with Unitywater.

Good to know:

If you have recently purchased a business or company, you will not automatically be authorised.

Levels of authority: 

  • Full Authority – authority to discuss and make changes to the owner’s Unitywater account, including access to My Account.

  • Authority to Access Information – authority to discuss any information contained in the account but not to amend or change the owner’s account in any way.

Contact us and tell us the authorised person’s full name, address and date of birth. Or write down their details on the following form and send it back to us:

If any authorised people leave your company, please contact us.


Anyone else who has not been authorised.


Good to know:

If you are a franchisee but not the franchise owner, you are not authorised on the account. Please ask the owner/director to nominate you on the form.

Any individual, including employees, real estate agents and solicitors, can be authorised on the account by the owner. Provided the owner is an individual with full authority on the account, this can be done over the phone or by filling out a form.
