    Sub metered complexes built before 2008*

    Unitywater is currently reviewing unit complexes to ensure they are compliant with the Queensland Plumbing and Wastewater Code and Unitywater's Sub metering Policy and Technical Specifications. Some complexes built before 2008 need to either change the way that individual unit owners are billed for water usage charges or upgrade the sub metering at their complex.
