1. Log in or register to My Account.
2. Go to the 'My Payments' page.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Need more time'.
Your bill's due date will be automatically extended for 7 days with no fees or interest.
The 7-day extension is only available online at My Account, and will only show as an option on the 'My Payment' page if it is before the due date on your bill.
