providing certification services to developers. From 8 April, Unitywater will no longer be subsidising these expenses. This, along with certification, enables us to deliver greater

Developers can choose to use one of the many Registered Certifiers in Unitywater’s service area to manage all aspects of their development application. Alternatively, developers can choose Unitywater to provide the same services, priced according to the new fees and charges.
The new fee structure separates costs into two categories: 'Assessment and Decision' and 'Decision Only'.
